The government of Rajasthan is very keen in bringing a major transformation such that the state has citizen-centric governance. In fact, owing to this the Rajasthan Government is striving continuously to bring in excellence by ensuring transparency and also in reducing grievances as civil service. To assure proper service, Rajasthan Sampark is implemented by the IT and Communications Department. The project paves way such that common man can reach the State Government departments for queries and concerns using the ICT (Information Communication and Technology) interventions.
Do you know exactly what is Rajasthan Sampark?
Rajasthan Sampark is related to the government services offered to common man. The aim is to provide citizens with a centralized platform so that the citizens of the state lodge their grievances in the respective departments. The primary is a State Level Call Center that features an integrated web portal. This will be the single point of contact to redress and address the citizen’s centric grievances and queries that are related to government services. Now, citizens can lodge their grievances against the government office or government department through Rajasthan Sampark portal & addressed by the respective department.
Through Rajasthan Sampark, the Rajasthan Government wishes to achieve several important aspects of good governance. It also views this system to be a Robust Delivery System that has transparency, good communication, addresses grievance and acknowledges sensitivity towards citizens.
Rajasthan no more limited to historical stories. In fact, it stands with IT industry and technology that brings for the state golden future. The initiative of Raj Sampark has led even the state government to promote the systems accountability and thus to reduce the corruption possibilities and also to redress the issues and complaints. In this way, it has enabled the citizens in the state to directly take their issues most important to the state government in the most convenient manner.
This is an e-governance innovative project developed by the government of Rajasthan Department of Information Technology & Communication.
Raj Sampark is a robust platform in India ready to offer grievance redressal. The fact that over 23 lac grievances were redressed & people in this State are happy. The platform Sampark covers all the autonomous organizations, government departments, and academic institutions. This is a centralized platform using a mobile app and a web platform.
