It was incorporated on October 15, 2012, by Bihar Kshetriya Gramin Bank and Samastipur Kshetriya Gramin Bank. Moreover, it has several branches in 9 districts of Bihar viz. It is established under Regional Rural Bank sponsored by Punjab National Bank.

The Balance Sheet

On 31st of March, the financial statements, which includes the Balance Sheet, Cash flow and Profit and Loss Statement has been audited. The bank’s 9 Regional Offices and 20 of its Branches were audited by the bank itself through the guidelines provided by NABARD. Based on the statement, there were 184 unaudited branches (25.09% of deposits, 11.37% of interest income, 18.28% of interest expenses and 24.35% of advances).

The financial statement of the bank in accordance with the guidelines of Natural Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development and Reserve Bank of India, prepared by the Management under Bank Regulation Act. 1949 and Regional Rural Act. 1976.

The offer in accordance with the terms and conditions such as CIBIL database, security norms, KYC norms, maintenance of margins and others. Offer writing necessary for the existing or new housing loan in which the Branches are responsible.

  • The eligibility for Overdraft facility not applicable to NRI/ PIO Housing loan borrowers.
  • The Loan extent, the Minimum  Rs. 50,000 and maximum R.s. 25 lakh.
  • For housing property loan, 80% or up to Rs. 75 lakh.
  • OD Limit enhancement allowed for as long as the housing loan is running.
